教学情况

“国家级教学团队”主要成员,国家精品课程《综合化学实验》课程负责人。先后讲授《无机化学》、《配位化学与生物无机化学》、《综合化学实验》、《现代化学研究方法与技术》等课程,主编《综合化学实验》、《生物无机化学导论》(现代化学基础丛书)等本科生和研究生教材著作。主持多项省级大学化学实验教学研究及改革项目,在《中国大学教学》、《大学化学》等刊物上发表教学研究论文10余篇,担任2004年国际化学奥林匹克竞赛中国队教练,主持广东省中学化学教材改革项目。教改研究与人才培养获省级教学成果奖5项、国家级1项,其中以第一完成人获国家教学成果二等奖。

科研情况

长期从事生物无机化学和金属化学生物学研究,主要包括金属诊疗、金属酶化学、核酸化学、药物化学生物学、分子探针、生物成像等,先后承担国家杰出青年基金项目、国家基金集成/重大/重点/面上项目、教育部创新团队、广东省创新团队、科技部973和国家重点研究计划课题等,已在在Nat. Chem. Bio., Nat. Commun.,J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Natl. Sci. Rev.等杂志发表论文240余篇,H-index = 68,获国家发明专利9 件,国际PCT专利3件。编写英文专著章节3部,研究成果获省部级奖励2项、国家级1项,其中以第一完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖。
