主要从事核酸化学生物学、金属化学生物学和生物核磁共振技术研究。

1. 核酸四链体的识别、靶向、活细胞探测与功能调控；

2. 靶向/响应型金属配合物及其生物成像、抗肿瘤/衰老机制；

3. 发展并利用生物核磁共振技术阐明作用机制、动态变化与构效关系。
